4. Service Terms and Pricing

4.1 Pricing

Current pricing is displayed on our website and may be subject to change. All prices are in Omani Rials (OMR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

4.2 Payment Terms

• Setup fees are due upon service commencement
• Monthly recurring fees are billed in advance
• Payments can be made via bank transfer or approved payment methods
• Late payments may result in service suspension

5. Client Responsibilities

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Content

All content, features, and functionality of our website and services are owned by WadiWadi and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Client Content

You retain ownership of your business information, photos, and content provided to us. By using our services, you grant us a license to use this content solely for providing our services.

6.3 Generated Content

Content we create for your business (descriptions, optimized text, etc.) becomes your property upon full payment, while we retain the right to use anonymized data for service improvement.

7. Service Guarantees and Limitations

7.1 Performance Commitment

We commit to professional service delivery and will work diligently to achieve stated objectives. However, we cannot guarantee specific results due to factors beyond our control.

7.2 Money-Back Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with our services within the first 30 days, we offer a full refund of setup fees, subject to our refund policy terms.

7.3 Platform Dependencies

Our services depend on third-party platforms (Google, Apple, etc.). We are not responsible for changes to these platforms that may affect service delivery.

8. Termination

8.1 Termination by Client

You may terminate services at any time with 30 days' written notice. No refunds will be provided for monthly fees already paid.

8.2 Termination by WadiWadi

We may terminate services immediately if you breach these Terms, provide false information, or engage in activities that harm our reputation or services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WadiWadi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for services in the preceding 12 months.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold WadiWadi harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Oman.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to clients with 30 days' notice. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of new Terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
